Norsa team.
Marietjie Bezuidenhout and Riekie Van Den Berg are the managing directors of the organisation. Project managers are dideciate their time and effort to projects in Wellington and Sandhills and De Doorns. All the staff members involved in the different projects are people from the different townships where the projects are situated. Most of them were unemployed. Our focus is therefore empowering individuals from the communities. Volunteer in South Africa

NORSA's team consist of a board of directors and members, project managers as well as staff members working in different projects. The four organisations who started NORSA are represented on NORSA's board; 
Volunteers were one of the most valuable assets of the organisation. Shortly after NORSA was established, the first group of volunteers joined us for one year. Since then, we had a continuous flow of volunteers who left their footprints in our hearts and in our communities.
